Perfect for our needs...Pom puppy. The top opening door makes this easy for us to use...cleaning and getting puppy out of the crate. She went right into it as soon as she saw it. Top opens from either direction. Lightweight and obviously durable. We use it in combo with the collapsing playpen, they "go" together, see pic.

Pros: comfortable, easy to assemble, easy to clean, sturdy, price

I bought my carrier in the store and the top door is a bit different than what is pictured online. The top loading door was a selling factor for me as cats do not like being put in a carrier and this should have made the task easier. However, the top door will not stay open on its own. So loading a cat is still a two person job. I have a stray and managed to lure him into the carrier for a vet visit. I shut both doors even used some additional wire on the front one to further secure. I came into the house to call the vet and say we were on our way. When I went back outside, the cat had escaped! Had this escape happened in my car or walking into the vets which is on a busy street, it could have been deadly. It is not well constructed overall I don't think but the doors and escape potential are something a prospective buyer needs to be aware of. For a small dog, it might be fine but not for cats.

A Well Thought-Out Crate

I did a lot of research - I have 2 cats and one is very high-strung and panics while in transit. I could not opt for a soft carrier and didn't want a front-loading only because the cats are too difficult to extricate once at the vet. This carrier is roomier than most (for my big guy who is 12 lbs) and very secure so the panicky cat can't escape and get hurt. The top loading feature is great - the handle and entire door mechanism is quite sturdy and secure with metal bars that sit deeply recessed in their slots so i don't worry about the weight of the cat pulling the top off. Both door locking mechanisms are secure and clever once you get used to them - and if you don't want to use the top door, the whole top of the carrier lifts off after sliding the 6 side clips back - they were also very well designed and not as flimsy as the snap up kind. More room for kitty and easier loading and unloading - this carrier is a 5-star winner for us!

Pros: comfortable, easy to assemble, easy to clean, sturdy, price

The top door is great! She isn't normally inclined to be in a carrier but she jumped right in it. It went together like a breeze once I figured out that the door should be situated before putting on the top half. The locking mechanism seems like it will hold the carrier together well.

I bought this for my new puppy (dachshund/beagle).
He loves it! I really like that is has 2 doors. I find it easiest to use the top door.

This product is great my cats love this carrier. The top door makes it easier to but them in. I love this carrier the only problem I had with was trying to but the door on. I pinched my self so many times but it was worth it. Will go through all the pinches for this carrier. It's also cheaper in store then online.

Pros: comfortable, easy to clean, sturdy

Cons: price, difficult to assemble

Excellent Pet Suite

I bought this for my 4 lb pomeranian. I had another type of carrier but she began to chew through the top of it and it began to hold urine odors even though I cleaned it out daily with bleach. I saw the Nature's Miracle Pet Suite and decided to give it a try. I am so pleased with this purchase. It is extremely simple to assemble, and you can use the top or front entry for your pet. It also comes with an odor control device. I have not had any unpleasant odors coming from it. My dog loves it!!! I would highly recommend it!!!! I was also glad to see that with my pets plus card I was able to get it on sale!!!!
