I ordered this product online, sight unseen, and that was a huge mistake. The picture makes the toy look full and well put together, but what I received was a tangled, disorderly mess of banana leaves. No amount of straightening can make this toy look like anything but a disaster. It won't even HANG straight in the cage, and my bird looked at me like I was crazy when I tried to get him to play with it. Don't waste your money. Even pets know when something is below their notice.
P.S. I rated the safety a 5 only because my bird won't even acknowledge the presence of this toy in his cage, so there is obviously no danger present.
