I bought a 1 Gallon bowl starter kit and these flakes came with it.Then I bought 3 zebra danios to put inside the bowl.When I got home I fed the danios this and they gobbled it up faster than lightning!They are rather to big for the fish to eat so you might want to crumble them up.Other than that they are awesome!

i raised a few minnows from my backyard pond from babies and then let them go, and while i had them i fed them this food. They really seemed to like it as they gobbled it all up in two seconds flat once i put it in their tank. This food isn't all that nutritious though because it has fish meal as the first ingredient. Also, the food smells really bad.

I got a goldfish from my friend who couldn't house him anymore and she gave me his food too. Well not only is my guy, Bubbles, extremely inthusiastic about eating it, his new friend that I got him- Spot- loves it too! They both gobble it as ast as can be. Bubs is about 2 inches long and SPot is more like 1 inch to 1 1/2 inches. I feed them a pinch of this every morning and every night and my goldies are so happy and healthy. I have an Oranda Goldfish and a Sarasa Comet Goldfish both full grown and the LOVE this. As soon as i add this to the tank they both shoot to the top like lightning to eat it up. If your feeding your fish the right amount a 1.0 ounce shot last you a while depending on how many fish you have. This food does not have a super strong smell to it in fact it has a low odor and this does not make your water murky! Great food for your goldfish! After the food is all eaten out of the tank there still trying to eat! Its so funny! :)

This isnt the most nutritious food- fish meal being the first ingredient. All the same my two orandas eat a pinch in 2 seconds flat XD
