My cats can't get enough of this laser light toy. From the ceiling to the floor, they rip and run trying grab the unattainable red beam. The great thing about this particular light from Toyshoppe, is that it's durable (dropped down the steps and in the toilet) and long lasting (the light has been going strong for 4 months now)! Did I mention I scored it for free with a coupon from the Pet Perks Program. Thanks guys!

My cat wasn't that interested in the laser pointer: she mostly sat there and watched it and expected me to move it around to entertain her. To be fair, though, I've watched my sister's cats (and dog) chase the "dot" all over the house. I think most cats and dogs will go nuts over it. Just remember to give your cat something solid to catch at the end of playtime so it's more rewarding.

Falls apart!!

I dropped it once and the cap popped off and batteries went everywhere. Mind you this was maybe a 3 foot fall onto carpet. Now if I even barely tug on the clip part the batteries jettison out. The inside of the pointer is just too big and the cap doesn't screw on properly. I will be gluing mine shut so I can use it until the batteries die at least.

a good laser but it falls apart

i got this laser thinking oh this is cheap and works fine . but after two weeks of having it, it falls apart. So I put it back together.Then it fall apart three more times and then I can't put it back together. Do not get this unless you like it falling apart.

Our Kitty Loves this laser pointer. As soon as she hears the little click of the button, or even the sound when you move the little chain, she meows, comes over to us, and looks in the direction that we usually point it! She chases it all over the place! I would recommend this to anyone who has a cat!
