Still has dander & made ME itch

My short haired lab doesn't need many baths but she has occasional itchy dry skin dander, so I wanted a moisturizing shampoo; I thot this would help the itchy & dander. She seems fine with it, not scratching, but even immediately after she still has some dander.
Dealbreaker was that it caused me to break out in a rash on my forearms & I'm never allergic to anything but juniper trees & lantana. It went away awhile after washing the skin, but I won't use it again.
